Master Sanjiv Chaturvedi
Yoga & Wellness Expert | Yoga Therapy Specialist
Master Sanjiv Chaturvedi is an internationally experienced yoga practitioner and Yoga Therapy Specialist with over 15 years of teaching experience across India and Thailand. He holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Yogic Science from Bihar Yoga Bharati and has taught yoga in universities, schools, hospitals, and wellness institutions. He has also coordinated the International Day of Yoga in Bangkok and worked with diverse groups, including corporate professionals, athletes, and people with special needs. His approach combines traditional yogic science with practical, accessible wellness practices for a healthier and more balanced life.
Patinya Taopechkong
Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga
Patinya is a passionate yoga teacher who received a Government of India scholarship to complete Yoga Teacher Training in India. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, with a special focus on mindful breathing and self-care.

Alexandra is a Bangkok-based wellness practitioner specialising in Sound Healing, Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Her sessions focus on relaxation, grounding and overall wellbeing, creating a calm and restorative experience for retreat participants.

Pornsabsin Singharat
Teacer of Ashtanga Yoga
Pornsabsin Singharat is a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher dedicated to sharing the discipline, strength and mindful awareness of Ashtanga Yoga. Her approach combines traditional practice with mindful movement and breath, creating a focused yet supportive experience for practitioners.
She is based in Thailand and brings a warm, grounded approach to her teaching.


Jyoti Paul
Yin Yoga & Pre & Post Natal
Jyoti Paul is a dedicated Yin Yoga practitioner and teacher, offering gentle, mindful practices that encourage deep relaxation, flexibility and inner awareness. Her sessions focus on slow, sustained postures, conscious breathing and creating a calm space for physical and mental restoration.
